MP3 compression and speech
Re-encoding a low-quality MP3 at a higher bitrate does not restore missing sound. Use the clearest available source and review quiet or heavily compressed sections.

Convert an MP3 interview, podcast or lesson into text you can search and edit. This workflow transcribes speech rather than changing the audio format. Upload an MP3 directly; converting it to WAV first is usually unnecessary.

Time depends on the recording duration, upload speed and processing queue. A 5 GB upload limit is not a promise that every plan accepts an unlimited recording duration.
