Current details:
Annual plans are billed once per year, but allowances reset every month on your account's fixed monthly anniversary. Changing plans does not reset usage. Unused allowances do not roll over. Transcription is metered by actual audio seconds. Allowances are reserved during processing and charged only when results are saved; failed jobs release their reservation. There are no automatic overage charges.
AI summaries and questions use 1 point for up to 12,000 source characters, 2 points up to 24,000, or 4 points up to 48,000. Reading and copying saved results is free. AI supports one active request and up to 20 requests per rolling 24 hours per account. PDF/TXT import supports text documents up to 2 MB, 50 pages and 48,000 characters. Scanned PDFs, automatic speaker separation and translation are not included. Raw media is temporary storage, not an unlimited cloud drive.
Existing customers can manage their subscription in account billing. Apple purchasing will become available after App Store product setup and testing. Website and App allowances are shared, not added together. Existing legacy subscriptions are not automatically converted to these plans.
