Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of transcribevideototext.io and the transcription features, accounts, subscriptions, and related services provided by transcribevideototext. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Service

transcribevideototext provides tools that help users convert spoken content in supported video and audio sources into editable text. Features, file limits, supported sources, processing availability, and plan allowances may change as the service develops.

Transcription is automated and may contain mistakes, especially when audio is noisy, speakers overlap, accents are strong, or specialized terminology is used. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for legal, medical, financial, accessibility, or other high-impact purposes.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you upload and the transcripts generated from it. You grant us and the service providers needed to operate the product a limited right to host, transmit, process, and store that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.

You may upload or import content only when you own it or have the rights and permissions required to process it. You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, recording-consent, and other laws that apply to your content.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• upload malware or content intended to interfere with the service;
• access another person's account or bypass usage, security, or payment controls;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• process content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law.

Plans, Billing, and Credits

Paid plans, billing intervals, included usage, and prices are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal if you do not want the subscription to continue.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, used credits, completed processing, and partially used billing periods are not refundable. When a transcription job fails because of a service error, we may retry the job or restore the affected usage allowance where technically supported.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service available, but processing may be delayed or interrupted by maintenance, capacity, third-party services, network failures, or events beyond our control. We may add, change, or discontinue features and limits. Material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

Intellectual Property

The service, website design, software, branding, and documentation—excluding your content—are owned by transcribevideototext or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or permission to use our trademarks except as necessary to identify the service.

Disclaimer and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every transcript will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, transcribevideototext will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security risk, non-payment, abuse, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
